1. Purpose

This policy outlines the intended uses and respectful boundaries for individuals and organizations who purchase and implement our software. It is designed to honor the integrity of our intellectual property, promote fair use, and support consistent, thoughtful expansion across all deployments.

2. User-Level Software License

• Scope of Use: Licensed solely for internal use within the purchasing company.

• Usage Guidelines:

Purchasers agree not to:• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the User-Level Software to third parties.

• Use artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or similar technologies to recreate, replicate, or repackage the software in other formats, including cloud-based platforms, mobile applications, or derivative products.

• Modify or reverse-engineer the software for purposes beyond internal company use.

3. Development Package License

• Eligibility: Expansion of modules requires purchase of the Development Package Software.

• Permitted Use:• Customization and enhancement of modules exclusively for internal company use.

• Integration of additional features or workflows aligned with operational goals.

• Restrictions:• Development rights do not include permission to resell, sublicense, or distribute modified versions of the software.

• All enhancements must remain proprietary to the purchasing company and may not be shared externally.

4. Enforcement

Misuse of the software may result in:

• Suspension or termination of the license agreement.

• Legal steps to safeguard our intellectual property.

• Financial remedies as outlined in the licensing terms.

5. Confirmation of Understanding

Before completing your purchase, you must confirm the following:
